Multiple Cartridge Filter
Multiple Cartridge Fluid Sanitary Filter meets the requirement of medium & small flow rate filtering.
Its structure design and manufacture are in accordance with the sanitary grade. It’s no dead corner, in conformity with GMP standard. It is easy to clean, drain thoroughly, no residual liquid.
Operation Conditions:
Max. Operation Pressure: 0.6-1.0Mpa
Max. Temperature: 150℃
Sterilization: 121℃/30min.
Main Manufacturing Material: 304 or 316L as optional
Sealing ring& gasket: EPDM, PTFE, VITON, SILICA
Surface Finish: 1# mechanical polishing; 2# electrolytic polishing; 3# sand blasting, can choose
Polishing: 0.3μm inside, 0.4μm outside.
Ultra-high level of polishing inside uses 0.3μm, the outer shell is 0.4μm, sanitary degree.
Application
Used in the pharmaceutical industry: all kinds of antibiotics such as liquid prefiltering.
Applicable in food and beverage, wine, mineral water, drinking water filtration.
The oil industry, oil field water injection filter.
Electronic industry: high purity water prefiltering. And Chemical industry: all kinds of organic solvents, acid, alkali liquid filtration.
